How hard will it be to balance an Acting Profession with a Computer Science Profession?

So, here's the deal: I LOVE acting and I LOVE computers. After college I plan to move to LA (I currently live in North Carolina) after I find a job there in Computer Science. How hard will it be to do both jobs at the same time?

Thanks! How hard will it be to balance an Acting Profession with a Computer Science Profession?
Masi Oka (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1199811/ ) got his degree in Computer Science and works for George Lucas' Industrial Light and Magic doing CGI for some of the major movies. He also is one of the most famous actors on the hit show, Heroes.

If you seriously pursue acting, you can create your own flexible computer business on top of acting. You can do computer consulting work, repair, etc. while pursuing your passion in acting.

With the exception of Masi Oka's case, it is very difficult to do a regular 9-5 Job while pursuing acting. Unless your boss is REALLY cool and let's you leave to go to auditions, it's going to be hard to work full time and do auditions. Auditions usually happen during the day time.

So your best bet is to be an expert in computers and use your expertise to create your own computer related business. A lot of actors don't have this skill so it will definitely set you apart and you won't have to wait tables like most actors. How hard will it be to balance an Acting Profession with a Computer Science Profession?
have you thought about doing CGI for movies?
