You can't you just deal with it.
You need to realise you don't need anyone to complete your life. You think you're hung up about another person but really you're insecure about urself, you may want to be with her but its not the be all and end all of your world. you control your happiness not someone else.
just wait and see the more the days go by you will start forgetting
i don't think it has anything with insecurity, the only way to get over love rejection is time

We have the same problem. Do you know taht for all of my life, I always feel so rejected. Sometimes, I want to revenge the boy I like. But we have to deal with it. That's what destiny gave. What will be will be. Well I'm not a fatalist.
You have two ways,

-self destruction (lots of alcohol consumption, cigarettes, unprotected sex with hookers and drugs)



- no self destruction (just go out with a rebound girl and don't do any of the above)



Basically only time will heal your wound and the rebound girl will get her out of your mind. If you take the first option, you will have to recover from not only your lost love but also a case of drug and alcohol abuse, a possibility of kidney failure,heart failure and (god forbid) AIDS.



Either way, eventually you will find someone else and wished you wouldn't waste so much time and effort obsessing over a person who rejected being loved.



And if this makes you feel any better, I want to be with Brad Pitt too but he doesn't know I exist. Everybody wants something but they don't always get it. Thats life. It sucks but you're gonna love it.

Your situation is only temporary. Let's say you initially got along perfectly for argument's sake. Do you think it stays that way over the course of a lifetime? Life isn't really that long- focus on pleasing Jesus, and your own desires and needs fade away.
