Why would you want to be in a relationship if the love isn't reciprocated? This will only hurt you more the longer you go living like this.
I would start by not showing so much affection to this guy. Go and do things without him and slowly wean yourself of him. Once you get away from him and his controlling ways, you will see that what you thought was love really isn't.
